My recent stay at NH Gran Hotel Casino De Extremadura was truly a delightful experience. As a Spanish chef, I appreciate good food and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent dining options at the casino restaurant. While the views might not have been as scenic as expected, the quality of the food more than made up for it. The spacious room, particularly the massive bathroom, provided a comfortable retreat for my family.One of the highlights was the gesture of being upgraded upon arrival, which truly made us feel valued guests. The voucher for complimentary drinks at the casino added a touch of excitement to our stay, even though we did not partake in gambling activities. The breakfast overlooking the old town was a lovely way to start the day.The family-friendly amenities here, such as the casino, terrace, and garden, catered to all ages and ensured a memorable stay for my family. The attentive staff, including Alicia the reception manager, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, despite our limited Spanish proficiency. Their warmth and care made our stay in Badajoz truly special.
